TRAINING WITH DUNCAN JAMES Bastards with @mrduncanjames 👊🏽 One bastard consists of: 1 shoulder press 1 squat 2 lunges Change your grip 2 bicep curls Do sets of 10, 8, 6, 4 and 2 with high intensity cardio in between each set, this would normally be a 500m sprint but I adjusted it to rowing because of Duncan’s back injury.
